Guided tours are very popular, by the way. There are two workshops to been seen: one for marzipan and one for chocolate. Visitors are amazed at the speed with which Lieven, the Son of Hans Burie the head of the company, models the marzipan into small and large figures. He only uses his hands, an airbrush and a spatula. Like any artist would. Downstairs, we see the chocolate workshop: pralines, tablets, figures.... you name it and they make it in chocolate. In between, you get to hear a variety of anecdotes to accompany the tasteful box of pralines you are given at the end of the tour.
